From BEYOND 2026 to Practice: What This Year’s Exhibition Showed Us About the Future of Technology

On Friday, June 19, 2026, we attended BEYOND 2026 as representatives of Artios, in an event that confirmed that technology is now entering a more mature phase: less theory, more implementation, and a stronger connection with the real needs of the market. After all, this year’s exhibition was centered around the message “Where Innovation Meets the Real Market,” and this was clearly reflected both in the thematic areas and in the discussions we had on site.

What stood out to us the most was that interest is no longer limited to “what AI can do,” but focuses mainly on how it can be meaningfully leveraged: in everyday work, in small and medium-sized enterprises, in digital infrastructure, in cybersecurity, in public administration, and in sustainability. The key pillars of this year’s event, from AI for SMEs and Intelligent Work to Secure Tech and Smart Governance, show that the market is looking for realistic, applicable solutions — not just impressive demos.

The strong international dimension of the exhibition was also particularly interesting, with more than 230 exhibitors from 11 countries, around 100 startups, and over 120 speakers, further strengthening its role as a meeting point for businesses, institutions, research teams, and investors. At the same time, the Startup Village and B2B activities highlighted the importance of networking and collaboration for those who want to stay close to new technological developments.

For us at Artios, participating in events like this has real value, as it helps us closely follow the technologies, trends, and needs that are shaping the next day for businesses. From AI and security to infrastructure, digital transformation, and the new generation of business tools, the goal is not simply to know what is coming, but to be able to translate it into practical results for the people and organizations we support.

This year’s BEYOND left us with a very clear impression: the future of technology will not be defined only by innovation, but by how properly, securely, and meaningfully it becomes part of the everyday operations of businesses and society. And this is exactly where the conversation becomes truly interesting.
